South In Polymers is a renowned company which has its own expertise in manufacturing water tanks since 2002 which has stepped in as the manufacturer of plastic septic tanks from 2016 onwards .

Many studies states that 80% of ground water in Kerala are contaminated with E. coli bacteria which makes the water unfit for drinking and other domestic application. The main source of this bacteria is from animal and human faeces. The reason behind spread of this bacteria is improper septic system we follow in our state. The septic system should follow some basic aspects.

Our R&D team has enormously worked for 3 years on the process of developing a new revolutionary product to overcome these disadvantages in the septic tanks and we are very proud in hitting the product with societal responsibilities for better future . They do not have any structural bisections or‘U’ cut design unlike the conventional plastic septic tank.

  • Partitions of the tanks are designed internally in rotational moulding technology without any kind plastic welding. So there won’t be any leakage between the partition which provides a proper segration between black water and the grey water.
  • These tanks have a proper flat base so that it can avoid structural failures .
  • These septic tanks also have common air vents to let out methane gas efficiently.
  • The size of partitions are increased from 60% to 80% after calculating the retention  period which increased the storage capacity of the waste water for treatment and brought down the size up to 25% from the conventional septic tank.
  •  A separate provision has provided for easy handling the tank.
  • MTA has attached for the easy installation of the tank.
  • These tanks are manufactured in specific colour and the manholes of the tank are closed with roto threaded bids that stops infiltration of sunlight to support anaerobic reaction inside the tank.
